Is possible analyze life videos

Hello everbody, Iam new in imagej. I will work with motility of fish semen
. I already install all plugins. But I can t analyze life videos only
recorded videos. I would like to know if is possible analyze videos
without need recorded.

It really depends on the source of the videos. You might want to take a
look at the Micro-Manager project (https://micro-manager.org/). It is an
open source image acquisition system which is integrated very well with
ImageJ.
