Dear all:
pls, how it´s possible to display isolines (line connecting points with the same gray value) on a image opened with ImageJ? On the other hand, how its possible to build a normalizated image to its maximun value with ImageJ?. I mean: for a give image, recalculate this image so that the maximun gray value be 100 and the remainning re-escalated. Thanks a lot!!! Hi,
for the isolines, try the Contour_Plotter plugin, http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/contour-plotter.html. To normalize an image, divide all the pixels by the maximum (Process>Math>Divide) and multiply by 100 (Process>Math>Multiply). cheers, Arnaud ----------------------------------------------------------- Arnaud Dieudonné Ph. Generally spe
Juan, you can do this with the contour plotter plugin. Generally speaking you can easily find many answers with the search tools available at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/search.html or why not directly in the online manual at http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/index.html You can also search this mailing list archive at https://list.nih.gov/archives/imagej.html Leo. ----- Original Message ---- From: Juan Francisco <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Thursday, April 5, 2007 12:01:04 PM Subject: Isolines with ImageJ Dear all: pls, how it´s possible to display isolines (line connecting points with the same gray value) on a image opened with ImageJ?
