Hi Charison,
conversion from float to 16 bits depends on Edit>Options>Conversions>Scale when converting.
For consistent results, make sure that all 32-bit images have values between 0 and 65535 (use Process>Math commands if required) and convert them with that 'Scale' option off.
If your images have different levels to start with, you can search the web for various options of stack normalization or stack deflicker.
