Dear Image J users,
I would be grateful if someone would help me understand how does Kalman
stack filter exactly works for removing noise from a time lapse image . I
have specifically following questions:
1) How do I decide upon the Acquisition noise variance estimate and the
prediction from my time lapse images.
2) I want to do quantitative analysis from the FRAP data by removing noise
using Kalman filter and later analyse pixel by pixel intensity profile from
the ROI (I already have a macro for obtaining each pixel's intensity in a
ROI). Can I obtain relaible data by using this filter?
3) If not then what can be the alternative option to do such kind of
analysis?
Thanks in advance !
Runa
