Register Virtual Stack updated

Dear all,

For those interested on image registration, we have just updated
Register Virtual Stack in Fiji:

It allows now 6 types of registration:

    * Translation
    * Rigid (translation + rotation)
    * Similarity (translation + rotation + isotropic scaling)
    * Affine
    * Elastic (via bUnwarpJ
      <http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/BUnwarpJ> with cubic
      B-splines)
    * Moving least squares

You just need to select the source folder with the ordered-by-name input
images  (of any type and size), the output folder and the reference
image. The plugin allows to register the sequence choosing any image as
reference.

Please, let me know about bugs. Any suggestion is welcome!
