Kurt DeVos's Cell_Counter.jar plugin

I am trying to use the cell_counter.jar plugin by Kurt DeVos and am running into a problem.

I wish to call Cell Counter from a macro, and then call WaitForUser
until the user completes the cell counts using the plugin and sends the counts to Results.

Then I want to read the information from the results window back to the window.

However, I am unable to implement the WaitForUser with Cell Counter running.

Is there a way to accomplish what I want to do?
