Hi all,
I am interested in using ImageJ as a tracker for honey bees. Specifically, I have taken footage of bees flying around/entering/exiting the entrance of their respective hives, and I would like to count them using the program. My professor suggested ImageJ, but the program is so complex I hardly know where to begin. Can anyone help me?
