Latest LSM Toolbox?

Hello,
        I am trying to download the latest version of the LSM Toolbox plugin for ImageJ. I get to http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:inputoutput:lsmtoolbox:start. When I click on one or the other of the two links shown below, I get empty pages. Are these links broken? Or from where can download the plugin?

The LSM_Toolbox is packaged as jar file.

Since v4.0e, the plugin requires LSM_Reader v4.0e or higher

Download it at www.image-archive.org (download page)
Copy the jar file to your ImageJ plugins folder
Restart ImageJ. The plugin can be accessed through the ImageJ plugins menu
