Hi,
Some image quantitation programs will allow you to construct an ROI,
carry out a measurement of, say, integrated density, on the contents
of the ROI, and then use the values of the pixels under the ROI
outline as a local background. This is particularly useful when
analyzing dot blots or electrophoretic gels with uneven background.
Has anyone implemented such a plugin or macro?
