You can run any ImageJ command at startup by adding a run() statement
to the AutoRun macro in the StartupMacros file. For example, to open
the Memory Monitor when ImageJ is launched, change
//macro "AutoRun" {
// run("My Plugin");
//}
in StartupMacros.txt to
macro "AutoRun" {
run("Monitor Memory...");
}
