Looking for a reliable way to convert online videos to audio files

Hey everyone, I'm trying to find an efficient way to convert online videos into audio files. I often find myself wanting to listen to podcasts or interviews that are posted as videos, but I don't always have the data or screen time to watch them. Being able to just download the audio would be a game-changer for my commutes and workouts. Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable method or tool that works well for this? I've tried a few things before, but they've been pretty hit or miss.
