Hi,
I do not have a z-stack of images just .Tif files for every well in a 384 well plate plate except the outside rim for a 308 well total. Each .Tif encompasses four images two from one channel and two from another. The .Tifs are big(about 10 gigs).
Ideally it would be nice to have an overlay of the of at least one set of images(green and red), of the entire plate, they would likely have to be thumbnails.
Anybody know how to do that?
I tried file -> import file sequence -> magic montage
But that only works with a few files and I don't know which is which and they are not overlayed.
