Is there a manual that cover the different functions in volumeJ/flowJ such
as MI, register ROI, register ROI M, etc?

Simple question:
Is there a way to make a mark either with the point tool or with the line
tool on one image in a sequence and have it appear on each subsequent image
without manually putting it there each time?

Also, with that same thought, if you make a series of marks using the point
tool on one image, is there a way to get Image J to draw a best fit or
regression line for those points?
