Markers in images

Hi all,
I have a simply request: some times I need to add a dimension marker to my
images, knowing the pixel/mm ratio.
Is there a command or a plugin that can do that automatically?

Yes.  Look at the Analyze>Set Scale, and then Analyze>Tools>Scale Bar
options.
