Matrix DICOM Conversion

Dear all,

I´m need to convert a stack of a DICOM CT on matrix structure repeatedly.

The goal is to insert in the MCNPX code .

Is there any plugin that does this in IMAGEJ 1.48a?

Any contribution will be important.
