Measure of color for each pixel

Hi all,
I need to measure colors for each pixel, into a selection, and save the results in a txt file. Is it possible?
I need this because of statistical analysis using the program R.
I tryied to find plugins or macros (I am a neofite in ImageJ), but I did not found what I need.

I hope that someone can help me.
