I want to measure the lengths or diameters of particles in several images.
I there a way to automatically measure the maximum particle length? I would like to be able to get data similar to when I use "Analyze Particles" to measure the area of a particle, but with length instead.
I cannot measure the lengths manually, as I have about 30,000 images that I want to analyse in batch.
