Dear ImageJ experts,
I am quite new using Fiji and although I have been try to find the tools to answer develop my project among the huge amount of information build by this incredible community I haven't been able.
There is my issue:
I have a z-stack. What I want to do is to measure the fluoresce intensity of the pixels included in a sphere and then reference the position of each pixel to the centre of a cylinder that I need to draw though the stack.
