Micron to Pixel Ratio

What is the Micron to Pixel Ratio on ImageJ?

I need to measure the diameter of a circle on screen in microns. But I only
get info in terms of pixels. Please let me know the conversion, or any other
way to determine the exact length of an object.

It depends only on your images. You have to know your ratio, and then  
you can use it by setting the appropriate values in the menu  
Analyze:Set scale.
If your images come from microscope, you can obtain that value by  
using a micrometer, or any other object with known length.
