Min/Max gray value in particle analysis

I am trying to get the maximum gray values of particles in a TIFF image (using imageJ 1.36b ).

After opening a grayscale TIFF image, setting it to 8 bit and setting the threshold via image->adjust->threshold to the desired value, I run the particle analysis. The particles are nicely outlined in a result image, however, in the "Results" window, all the Min and Max values are shown as zero, according to the threshold image. The Min & Max Gray Value option in Analyze->Set Measurement ist set.

Is there a way to get rid of the threshold after particle analysis or to extract the original gray values some other way?
