Montage problem

GabrielMQ
Hi ImageJ pro users,

I need to make an image with 3 rows and X coluns, where X is the number of
selected Z stacks. The first row is protein A, the second row is Protein B,
and the third is both. The third row is easy, i just merge 2 color channels
and do Imagem>Stack>Make Montage and the border is white. But when i use one
channel alone, the border of the montage are the same of the channel and not
white anymore. How i change it to white without change de channel color?

Do it in RGB Color mode not with 8- (or 16-) bit images.

Even though they’re not stacks, use Image > Stacks > Tools > Combine, it
will work with single 2D images.
