The NeuroTechnology Studio (NTS) continues our virtual seminar series Introduction to Digital Image Analysis with ImageJ. On November 13th 2pm-3pm (US ET) the topic is “Make sense of measurement”. This topic will include: image pixel scale; various ImageJ measurement parameters; the influence of threshold/segmentation choice on measurement result. This seminar targets audiences who are new/beginner to FIJI ImageJ and digital image analysis. All participants will receive sample images to be used in the seminar for practice.
