Hello,
I need to colorize and display the location of cell nuclei in a 3D stack of confocal images obtained from tissue samples. The nuclei do not threshold well from each other, and I want to display the location in 3D of different types of nuclei based on morphology. It seems like I should be able to click on a nucleus and have the program perform a 3D flood fill using the clicked spot as a seed and user defined parameters, but I can't seem to find anything that does this.
