Dear list,
the issue was kindly resolved by Shigeo Kiriyama himself.
specify "C:\Programs Files\ImageJ.app\plugins" in the dialog, the files
end up in the directory "C:\Programs Files\ImageJ.app\plugins\plugins".
was my mistake, really trivial. Sorry.
