Move labels / put labels not at the centroid of teh selection

Hi All, My name is Jonathan.
I use ImageJ for calculating areas and labelling each area. I have a problem : as you know the labels are automatically put at the centroid of the selection and as a consequence for polygons selections sometimes the labels is not in the area. I hope it's clear enough.
So, does someone know how to move the labels in order to place them in the selected area.

That would be really helpful for me.
