update/macro problem

Hi,
I just upgrade imageJ.
I had a macro that counts my cells, and I ran it with Process>Batch>macro...
That worked pretty well, but kept all the pictures open, which allowed
my to do a visual check of all analyzed plates.

Now when I upgraded imageJ, the macro doesn't open the pictures anymore,
so i can't check the analysis anymore. The best way to go would actually
be to save the pictures with the annotated particles, but I don't know
how to do this. Any help?
