MtrackJ

Reena Prity Murmu
Hi everyone,
Can anyone instruct me on how to use the MtrackJ plugin of ImageJ to
trace the motility of an object? It's not very easy to use.

Many thanks

Did you check the online manual at E. Meijering's website: http://www.imagescience.org/meijering/software/mtrackj/manual.html ?

I found it quite explanatory.

Cheers,

Re: MtrackJ

Thanks Christophe. I did check the manual and find it well described.
But the images I have are Z-stacks taken at 5 successive time point
(frames). As far as I understood from the MtrackJ manual it was to
track object in one frame. Correct me if I am wrong. Is there a way to
combine 5 successive frames to one and track the object therein?

many thanks
Best
Reena
