Hello,
I would really like to use the Multimeasure function, but I can't quite figure out how to make it do what I want. I have a hyper stack with four channels and multiple ROIs that are in different slices. What I'd like to do is measure all of the ROIs in each channel, only in the slices that I originally chose. I know there is a way to turn off the slice information, but is there a way to keep it during the multi measure ? I'm only able to multi measure all of the slices - any ideas?
