Re: ND2 plugin issue

Jinghui
Dear ImageJ users,

I have a question about quantifying ND2 images in Image J. I have ND2 plugin
in image J. I want to create a Macro which allows me to open ND2 file
containing 3channels, set a threshold in each channel, measure
threshold-area in each channel, and export the measure results as an excel
file. I record a macro and try to run it, but it always tells me there is no
image open. Do you know if this is because I use ND2 plugin or I did
something wrong? Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,

I would recommend exporting into a multi image tiff file and working from there.

The processes of imagej don't seem to recognise the nd2 file, much simpler to export the rgb image into individual stacks.

Let us know how you get on and perhaps even post your macro

Re: ND2 plugin issue

Cammer, Michael
The LOCI plugins handle the nd2 file format fine in ImageJ on the PCs and Macs in our lab.
Cheers,
Michael
