Hi Pedro,
As I think you already guess, the answer is no,
there is no way to transform a a visible light image to a UV image.
A digital image is a array of numbers representing the exposures on an array of photodiodes.
A color image is made when the photodiodes have red, green or blue color filters over them,
so they only record the fraction of light that has the correct color..
A true UV image requires a special UV sensitive sensor and UV transmitting lens and a visible light blocking filter.
(Normal sensors are covered by glass and lenses are made of glass which blocks the UV light.)
If you mean a fluorescent image taken under UV light, then the illumination must be correct when the image is taken.
