I'm very new to Image J, and am trying to analyze some 2-dimensional data for my thesis. However, when I try to open a new video into Image J I get the message "File is not in a support format, a reader plugin is not available, or was not found. "
If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated!!!
It would help if you told us what format you are trying to open. It is possible that the format is not supported, or that there is something wrong with your ImageJ or computer but without further details it is hard to answer.
