New 3D Viewer version

Benjamin Schmid-2
Hi all,

I took the latest request on the mailing list as an opportunity to update the
version of the 3D Viewer, both for Fiji and ImageJ. In Fiji, the newest
version is automatically installed using the updater, in ImageJ you need to
manually download the newest version from

http://132.187.25.13/ij3d/download/ImageJ_3D_Viewer.jar

and copy it to ImageJ's plugins directory.

Thanks again to the organizers of the Fiji/ImageJ2 Hackathon last
December. Many changes were implemented during that time.

Here's a brief summary:
* Some Bug fixes.
* Make mesh import/export macro-recordable (thanks to Johannes Schindelin)
* Bug fixes in the surface plot functions, thanks to Johannes Schindelin
* Make 'Export transformed' macro-recordable
* Correct drawing of 4D buttons on Mac OSX
* Make bounding-box text always aligned in x- and y-direction of the view.
* Real annotations: display text together with landmark points
* User-adjustable keyboard shortcuts.
* A completely restructured menu bar
* A context menu
* Possibility to add primitive 3D shapes like spheres, boxes, cones & tubes.
* Mesh decimation to simplify and surface meshes and make them less
  memory-consuming and thus faster renderable
* Snapshots are now macro-recordable.

Best,
Bene
