Droplet size distribution of HIPE

Hi,

I'm working on High Internal Phase Emulsions. I would like to obtain droplet size distribution of my system from optical micrograph (see image).

I tried different methods and filters but have not been successful to do so.

I appreciate if anyone can give me some hints.
