Hi All. I'm a newcomer to ImageJ. I hope this isn't a silly question, I've been experimenting but can't find a way to do this. I've been using Image Pro but it's expensive to upgrade and a bit clunky in places. I work in engineering microscopy. Often I need to calibrate against a graticule then make a relative measurement of an object at the same mag. What I need is a line on an image with the dimension text next to it. I can create lines and record the measurement, then manually type the text next to the line with the text tool but does anyone know how to do it with one action? Thanks and regards. Jeff.
