Rgb image bright and contrast adjust

Dear imageJ expert,

I am working at Mayo clinic for some clinical image application. Now we
need to adjust the RGB image bright and contrast.
Could you please point some reference as how to adjust rgb image bright
and contrast?

Dear Liqin,

You can make a composite image via: Image > Color > Make Composite
Use: Image > Adjust > Brightness/Contrast to change the settings for each color.

You can change the color channel you work on by changing the slider at the bottom of the image. You will see the color of the text change in your image window as well as the color in the graph of the Brightness/Contrast menu.
