I filed a bug report [
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/fiji-devel/hGmNsKpVL4I] regarding
something which might be related to what Yuekan described (might as well be
an unrelated bug).
Some specific plugins are shown in the plugins menu directly wven though
they are located in a subfolder. Other are displayed correctly according to
their location in a subfolder. As far as I could see it is at least not
related to the presence/absence of an underscore in the file name.
And BTW thanks for all the effort of the IJ2/Fiji team in the new
development.
