Re: Pls Curtin: I got a problem with Tudor Plugin ON DICOM SAVING PLUGIN

Johannes Hermen
Hi Juan, Hi Curtis.

I just checked the problem with the latest IJ and Dicomtools available on
the web and for me it works.

Have you downloaded the right dicom plugin package:
http://santec.tudor.lu/_media//project/dicom/download/1.9.1/tudordicom_plugin_1.9.1.zip

inside there is a folder plugins containing a TudorDICOM_Plugin.jar file
and a TudorDICOMLibs folder.
copy both of them to plugins folder of your IJ installation.
Make sure that there is not an older version of the plugins installed.

Greets
        Johannes

Hi Juan,

I just downloaded Tudor plugin and copy on ImageJ directory. However,
after open a sequence of images (CT images), applying a rotation on
each one, I try to save the results using Save as Dicom, but I get a
error you can see on the attached file.

I am not the author of the Tudor DICOM Tools and cannot assist with any
problems with them.

Best is to continue writing to the ImageJ mailing list, or else contact the
Tudor DICOM Tools authors directly. I have CCed both in this reply.

Re: Pls Curtin: I got a problem with Tudor Plugin ON DICOM SAVING PLUGIN

I have a different problem with the tudor plugin. I try to save images as dicom files, and it SEEMS to work (it saves it as one giant multi-frame file, instead of multiple single-frame files as it was read in, but it is a .dcm file).
BUT, it cannot be read back in by any other software once I output it. I can read it back in only with ImageJ, but it does not work with Clear Canvas any more for example. Any ideas?
