Hi everyone :)
I want to convert vsi file into tiff or Jpeg2000, I installed ImageJ and added BIOP VSI Reader in it. When I load vsi file by BIOP VSI Reader, I want to convert whole slide into tiff, but when I load selection there is error that selection is too large. Can anyone help me? Is it possible to convert whole slide into tiff or JPEG2000? I also tried with bio-formats importer, but there is java exception:

Size of .vsi file _02120_11-41.vsi -2.17MB
folder __02120_11-41_ - 430MB
If anyone has any experience about this, plz help me :) I don't know how to solve it :)
