Hi, I would appreciate some help to accomplish what I had thought should be fairly straightforward
I have a panel of Fura images of cells taken at 1029 time intervals. I need to draw roi's and measure intensity changes for each of the 1029 i(x2) mages and am unclear how I might proceed. I had imagined that there would be a plugin to use but have not found it yet. An additional complication......the image has shifted slightly at two separate time points so if I would be grateful if I may be instructed on how the shifts can be corrected (if that is at all possible).
