Opening raw data obtained by Velocity

Yaseen Ladak
Hi All,

Does any one know if it is possible to open raw data file which is obtained
by using Velocity software while imaging on the microscope i.e. I have
Velocity installed on the microscope used for obtaining capturing images
from the microscope. I was not able to view them using import-->Raw data to
view it in image J. I had to first convert it to TIF file on using velocity
before I could do any kind of processing using image J.

Kind regards,
Yaseen

If you mean Volocity, the recent Bio-Formats versions include limited
support to open .mvd2 files:
