PIV analysis of erythrocytes

Hi folks,

I am trying to quantify the pattern of blood flow through a valve using
either FlowJ or a PIV plugin.  The plan is both to chart flow in nl/s
through the beat cycle (assuming we are sampling a circular valve at its
maximum diameter) and to find evidence of smooth or turbulent flow.  Can
anyone recommend the plugin/settings that they would use to do this?  I am
new to PIV analysis.  I have attached a short example of my data.
