For those using the excellent plugin Parallel Iterative Deconvolution by
Piotr Wendykier, does anyone else have a problem with it always
auto-scaling the stack's intensity to its first image? In cases where the
first image is relatively dim this results in the rest of the stack being
unuseably saturated. At the moment I have a kludgy solution where I
copy-paste a tiny piece of the brightest slice into an area of slice 1
that I will later crop out, but for obvious reasons I would rather not
have to do that. Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks,
