Hi All,

I am currently using the ParticleTracker plugin to track the movement of
vesicles in cultured cells. It works very nicely and I can detect lots of
trajectories. I was wondering if there is a standard method of calculating
values such as trajectory distances, velocities, direction etc from the
coordinates that the program supplies for each trajectory. Also, can this
be done in Excel or do I need more advanced software?
