cut an ROI in a stack

Judy Trogadis
I feel this is a simple operation but I cannot find a plugin.

I have a stack of images but unfortunately the software I am using to analyze one object in the stack does not allow the tracing of an ROI. Therefore, I want to delete adjacent objects by drawing an ROI and performing 'cut'. How can cut the same ROI in an entire stack?

Thanks
Judy
