Hi Sebastien,
this looks like a remanent form a very old ImageJ version in the
preferences file IJ_prefs.txt. It may be caused by bit 1 in the ap.options
of the prefs file being set).
If you have a reasonably recent version of ImageJ (1.46q and up),
IJ_prefs.txt should be in a folder named the home directory in a folder
named ".imagej" (possibly hidden?). Otherwise, it might be in the ImageJ
directory.
Open the file with a text editor and search for the line with
"ap.options=". Set the number there to 0, save it. Then open ImageJ and
set your favorite measurement options again (Analyze>Set measurements and
the various checkboxes of Analyze particles).
The problem might be also caused by an IJ_prefs.txt file with no write
access for the user (ImageJ version <1.46q). Upgrade ImageJ to have this
file in a user-writable directory.
