Pixel values of grayscale and RGB images

Hello, to everyone!

I really hope that some of You can help me. I don't know how to get pixels values of grayscale images in a table form like shown in a picture, which I can than process in Excel. Actually I will need to do the same for RGB images for futher comparison.

Please, I need Your help.
