A good idea is to setup a fixed footer on the mailing list server so all
messages could include at the bottom a fixed message like

"---. to unsubscribe to this list, go [url] or send email to []. The mailing
list address to send messages is []. The list administrator is: []"

Just an idea. I' ve seen this done on other mailing lists, and it works, and
prevents these kind of "unsubscribe me" messages from popping up in the
lists.
