Please add the Startup Macros to Update Menus

The default Startup macros holds a stacks roll down menu (and other items).
While the Image-> Stacks menu gets updates (e.g. the addition of Combine and Concatenate commands in ver. 1.42p) with Update ImageJ... and Update Menus the macros startup gets none.
It would be nice to have the menus-look-a-like startup macros in sync with the coresponding menu.

Not possible because "Update ImageJ" updates the ij.jar file and the startup
macros file is  not part of it.
You will have to update it yourself.
