Yes, I need to slide the image at some specifics rows (i..e, I slide the image row by row, but at specific rows, for instacnce, rows each 10 pixel or so) and extract all the profiles generated. Pls, you know some way to program this operation on ImageJ?

You may place a line using the strait line tool anywhere in the image. As you move the mouse over the image you see the x and y coordinates change and there by you know where you place the line. Whene this is done open Analyze/Plot Profile or simply push Ctrl + K and there you have it! Was this of any help or did you want to extract many profiles and thereby this is to much time consuming??
