2-Dimensional Gels for Proteomic Analysis.

Dear all, I am looking for a 1D plugin in ImageJ which will help me find out
the amplicon size of a PCR product by comparing a standard lane in a agarose
gel,  will be thankful for any help, thanks Samuel
